CCAF Advisor

General Description:
CCAF Advisor shall deliver high-quality Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) advisement for members seeking guidance on CCAF academic, educational, and degree completions requirements.
Specific Tasks:
- Supports the Education Chief and designees with education fairs, and (CCAF) graduations, diploma distribution. Primary representative for the base Right Start Program which provides education information. Conducts follow-up education briefings ONLY.
- Greets and directs telephone and in-person inquiries, providing routine and non-technical information while referring customers to an Education Services for detailed advisement or counseling. Offers guidance on ordering college transcripts and advice on procedures and requirements for CCAF degree completion. Directs customers with appropriate resources. Transition Assistance Clerk

General Description:
Transition Assistance Clerk shall provide Transition Assistance Program (TAP) data entry, scheduling of TAP courses for all separating/retiring service members, tracking of completion, and front desk customer service functions.
Specific Tasks:
- Provide front-desk reception coverage as requested by the M&FRC Flight Chief. Manage incoming telephone calls, greet all visitors with a high degree of tact and professionalism, and accurately direct customers to the appropriate personnel or office.
- Ensure customers complete the Statement of Understanding (SOU) or other forms as required.
- Accurately documents daily mission-support activities within the AFFIRST system of record in accordance with the Transition and AFFIRST Operation Guides.
- In the event of an Emergency Family Assistance Center (EFAC) activation, you will support EFAC operations by providing reception support during standard duty hours.
- Ensure 100% contact is made to service members identified as being within 24-18 months of separation or retirement. You shall utilize approved Military & Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) tracking products to schedule these members for Public Law TAP requirements, providing documentation of contact attempts in AFFIRST.
- Serve as the primary scheduler for TAP appointments, executing all entries into the AFFIRST system and the Outlook customer appointment calendar.
- Provide continuous telephone coverage during standard operating hours to ensure calls are answered live, minimizing reliance on voicemail. Any voicemails received shall be checked, actioned, or distributed to the appropriate M&FRC staff within 2 hours of receipt.
- Maintain continuous monitoring of the TAP organizational inbox, ensuring that all inquiries receive a response or status updated within one business day of receipt. Complex inquiries will be forwarded to the appropriate M&FRC subject matter expert for resolution.
- Up channel inappropriate/abnormal customer behavior within two hours of observing.
- Manage the lifecycle of all TAP-related workshops within the AFFIRST and TAP Events systems. This includes the creation of new workshop sessions, performing data updates, and assigning service members to required appointments.
- Assemble and maintain an inventory of TAP Tier-specific folders containing the approved materials of the TAP Manager.
- Distribute email reminders to registered service members no later than (5) business days prior to their scheduled TAP class or track.
- Access the milConnect database to provide service members with a digital or printed copy of their vMET, DD Form 2648, or other TAP related documents upon request.
- Ensures the classroom is setup at least 30 minutes prior to start time and include the distribution of appropriate student materials, staging of instructional tools, and verification that all audiovisual or IT assets are functional and ready for use.
- Manages the daily issuance and recovery of government-provided computer assets for TAP students. Utilize a standardized tracking log to ensure 100% end-of-day accountability. Any missing, damaged, or unaccounted-for assets must be reported to the M&FRC Flight Chief immediately upon discovery.
- Verify student attendance twice daily for all TAP workshops-once at the start of the day and again immediately following the scheduled lunch break. Final verified attendance rosters must be recorded in AFFIRST no later than three (3) business days following the conclusion of the workshop.
- In the event of a student’s unexcused absence, you shall initiate notification to the member’s leadership within 60 minutes of the workshop start time or the post-lunch roll call. All notification attempts must be documented as instructed by the TAP manager.
- Organizes TAP-related material inside the classroom in a professional, mission-ready state at all times.

General Description:
The Physical Therapist shall provide comprehensive one-on-one clinical care to personnel. Services shall include evaluation, treatment planning, rehabilitation, injury management, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, functional training, and other evidence-based interventions consistent with accepted standards of practice. Personnel may access Physical Therapy services based on provider availability and MTF scheduling procedures.
Specific Tasks:
- Provide education, screening, and consultation at unit locations when requested. Clinical procedures requiring controlled environments shall be performed within approved clinical settings. Dry needling is authorized and shall be performed only within clinical settings and in accordance with MTF privileging requirements.
- Document all clinical encounters within approved MTF systems in accordance with HIPAA and applicable regulations.
- Authorized to evaluate, recommend, and implement modifications to duty limitations and medical profiles when authorized through 86 MDG credentialing and privileging processes, established clinical guidelines, and applicable Air Force medical policies. Operational Psychologist

General Description:
The purpose of Operational Psychology services is to enhance human performance, psychological resilience, organizational effectiveness, and mission accomplishment through the application of behavioral science principles.
Specific Tasks:
- Provide direct support to Wing and Group leadership and serve as a contractor subject matter expert on psychological and cognitive performance.
- Provide services across a spectrum of capabilities ranging from non-clinical performance enhancement to limited clinical intervention. These services shall support three primary lines of effort: optimizing performance, mitigating risk to forces, and innovating best practices in psychological and cognitive performance.
- Maintain a target effort allocation of approximately ninety percent operational support and ten percent clinical intervention. Operational activities are defined as non-clinical engagements such as leadership consultation, team building, and training. Clinical activities involve formal psychological assessment, diagnosis, or treatment. Effort allocation shall be tracked by hours per activity type.
- Provide command consultation to Wing and Group commanders and key leaders regarding organizational dynamics, human factors, leadership effectiveness, team performance, unit trends, and resiliency concerns.
- Provide observations and recommendations but shall not exercise governmental authority or make decisions reserved to Government officials.

Specific Tasks:
- Integrate with units at the Group and Squadron level to assess operational demands and develop appropriate training strategies. This includes engagement across multiple duty locations, work centers, and shifts as mission requirements permit.
- Design and implement structured strength and conditioning programs addressing functional strength, endurance, mobility, agility, injury prevention, recovery, and overall physical performance. Programs shall be scalable and adaptable to varying mission requirements and occupational demands.
- Develop written unit fitness strategies supporting leadership-directed physical readiness initiatives.
- Provide individual coaching, exercise demonstrations, performance guidance, and program recommendations.
- Shall not diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions.
- When injury concerns arise, you shall modify training activities as appropriate and refer personnel to Physical Therapy for evaluation.

Warehouse Administrator
Place of Performance: Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan
General Description:
This service consists of those administrative functions that are necessary and directly support Storage and Distribution Services.
Specific Tasks:
- Order Management. Complete administrative functions that ensure requisitions are properly managed from the point the government places an order to the point the order is received by the government.
- Following up on the status of due in items within Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) by reaching out to the sources of supply and taking appropriate actions in the event of cancelation, delays, lost shipments.
- Manage cancelations to the point funds are de-commit.
- Processing lost shipments to the point of enabling the government to reorder.
- Occasionally, during reconciliations, it will be discovered that an National Stock Number (NSN) has been cancelled. You will communicate with Marine Corps System Command (MCSC) to find out what the replacement NSN is for that item.
- Fiscal Reports Validation and Audit Compliance. Consists of monitoring, correcting, and validation transactions from the point of purchasing, primarily through DMLSS, to the point of liquidation by validating purchasing and receiving activities, which are properly reflected in the current system.
- Work fiscal reports to ensure all transactions are properly processing through the Commitment, Obligation, Expense, Liquidation (COEL) cycle.
- Complete monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) report validations.
- Complete Dormant Account Review – Quarterly (DAR-Q) validations and corrective actions.
- Maintain and prepare necessary supply documentations to support administrative functions relating to audit compliance.
- Provide weekly financial status reports to provide the status of where financial resources are in the COEL cycle.
- Records Management. Ensure electronic records accurately reflect warehouse data and the information from warehouse management feeder systems.
- Update the DMLSS catalog through researching and sourcing new or substitute items for cancelled NSNs or non-NSN items.
- Ensure DMLSS reflects the latest information from MLO. Then coordinate with warehousing personnel to ensure changes and updates reflect in the warehouse.
- Ensure Inventory Stock Levels (ISL), the quantity of an NSN within an Authorized Medical Allowance List (AMAL)/ Authorized Dental Allowance List (ADAL) set are properly reflected in DMLSS based on the appropriate Monthly Allowance Standard Updates from MCSC.

Forklift Operator
Place of Performance: Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan
General Description:
This service consists of all tasks associated with the proper storage, inventory, and distribution of over 1,800 National Stock Number (NSN) items. This service includes receiving, inspecting, inventorying, storing, safekeeping, packaging, shipping, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment as well as the administrative tasks associated with those functions.
Specific Tasks:
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, personal conveyance vehicles, and bulk or small parts conveyor systems used in warehousing operations.
- Manage the readiness of ~252-300 Authorized Medical Allowance List (AMAL)/ Authorized Dental Allowance List (ADAL) sets and the 1,800 NSN items.
- Assemble and maintain ~252-300 AMALs/ADALs in a ready to issue condition and properly stocked based on the type and most current configuration.
- Marine Corps System Command (MCSC) manages the AMAL/ADAL program and pushes out updated via Medical Logistics Online (MLO). You will be provided with access to the MLO website to have access to modifications published by MCSC on AMAL/ADAL configuration, storing and packaging requirements, allowance lists.
- Ensure modifications are properly applied to all affected AMAL/ADAL sets and that the updated configurations are reflected in DMLSS system, packing lists, storage locations.
- Ensure the proper replacement, extension, or destruction of shelf life controlled items within the AMAL/ADALs and the storage locations.
- Complete Pre-Limited Technical Inspections (LTI) prior to issuing out an AMAL/ADAL.
- Complete asset reviews (~280 per year), which consists of restoring sets after the completion of a Post-LTI or the replacement, destruction, or transfer of line items as a result of MCSC configurations updates or shelf life requirements (~946,000 line items per year).
- Ensure storing and packaging practices comply with fire and safety regulations. Inventory and materials must be stored in accordance with storage space requirements as specified in MLO based on weight, cube, hazardous classification codes and clearance factors.

Cardiothoracic Surgeon (On-site and On-call)
Place of Performance: San Juan, Puerto Rico
General Description:
Cardiothoracic Surgeon (On-site) deliver onsite Open-Heart Surgery-Cardiothoracic Surgery services, which shall include, but not be limited to, initial patient evaluation at inpatient, outpatient, and Emergency Department (ED) settings, and surgical procedures in Operating Room and post-operative care settings, including tasks related to Cardiothoracic Surgery Consult (operation not recommended), Permanent Pacemaker Implant (in emergency cases), Pacemaker Lead Extraction (back up), Pericardial Window and/or Pericardiectomy Procedures, back-up for Interventional Cardiology and structural cardiovascular procedures cases in accordance with the terms and conditions
Cardiothoracic Surgeon (On-call) must be available on-call during all hours when the facility clinic is closed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be available at all times for phone consultations with VA residents and physicians, and available onsite as needed, for emergency consultations, procedures or as back up for cardiac laboratory procedures.
Specific Tasks:
- Responsible for patient evaluation at outpatient and inpatient setting, surgical procedures and back up for Cath Lab procedures.
- Provide comprehensive clinical Cardiothoracic Surgery services, including but not limited to the following: VATs, Lobectomy's, thoracotomy, diaphragm plication, chest wall hernia repair, decortication, pleurectomy, chest tube management w/tPA. along with other complex Cardiothoracic surgery procedures.
- Shall be present on time scheduled clinic start times as documented.
- Communication of Test Results: Mechanisms must be in place to provide notification of test results for patients receiving care in accordance with VHA Directive 1088, Communicating Test Results to Providers and Patients.
- Follow all established medication policies and procedures. No sample medications shall be provided to patients.
- Provide discharge education and follow up instructions that are coordinated with the next care setting for all emergency department patients.
- Attend discussion of cases during Cardiac Board and biweekly Surgical Mortality and Morbidity (M&M) meetings as required for cardiothoracic cases.
- Participation with Professional Practice Review of Providers System (PROPS) Program at VISN level and compliance with Mandatory trainings as required by the Facility.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and meetings with committee participation as required by the facility Chief of Service, Chief of Staff, or designee.
- Complete the appropriate QM/PI documentation pertaining to all procedures, complications, and outcome of examinations.
- Follow all established patient safety and infection control standards of care.
- Must have a minimum of four (4) years of continuous work experience within the last five (5) years.

Catholic Religious Education Coordinator
Place of Performance: Patrick SFB, FL
General Description:
Provide services as resource person, advisor, for the PSFB Catholic community.
Specific Tasks:
- Comply with all Chapel Air Force Instructions and Chapel Operating Instructions, specifically but not limited to facility usage, resource protection, fire protection, funds utilization, and safety.
- Organize religious education monthly classes, and sacramental preparation classes, recruit and train sufficient volunteer teachers, substitutes, and other necessary staff. If unable to recruit volunteers, you will be responsible for conducting classes/lessons as required by the Catholic Church. Monitor catechists to ensure they register, complete the course, and become certified per AMS policies utilizing the AMS Catechist Manual as a reference guide. Provide orientation for new volunteer staff members in facilities, funding, religious education policies, and available resources. CREC will ensure all volunteers and additional staff complete all in-processing procedures required by the Chapel Staff. Hold quarterly planning meetings with the CRE committee. Contingencies must be in place to execute these planning meetings through video/teleconferencing software.
- Organize at least two volunteer teacher-training events each year, one in the fall and one in the spring.
- Coordinate the annual Sunday School Christmas program when such a program is deemed necessary or desirable by the Catholic Chapel Community.
- Schedule and organize the Catholic VBS in consultation with the Catholic Priest. Recruit volunteer teachers and staff and order the appropriate materials with CTOF when such a program is deemed necessary by the Catholic Chapel Community.
- Visit each class. If CRE classes are done virtually because of chapel closure or to accommodate those who cannot attend in person, a weekly visit on a virtual CRE platform (Zoom, GoToMeeting, etc.) will still be required.
- Maintain continuity and Community Group records. Desk, computers, and basic administrative supplies are provided by the chapel. Attend all regular meetings of the Catholic Pastoral Advisory Council and Catholic Pastoral Staff. Submit all pertinent data from special events/programs and submit to the faith group chaplain for after-action reports as required. To include a roster of volunteer Sunday school staff, monthly enrollment and attendance for all programs, and any additional information required by the Chapel Staff.
- Maintain the Catholic RE office and storeroom in a clean, orderly, and safe manner. Using appropriate funding, maintain stock of expendable supplies and procure supplies as needed for the CRE program. Submit funds request as required for support of the CRE program to the Catholic Chaplain and monitor the handling of all funds received in the CRE program to ensure compliance with applicable directives.
- Generate all publicity for the RE program: RE announcements, flyers, bulletin inserts, events guide, and calendar. Must obtain approval from the Delta Chaplain before distributing. Produce a quarterly CRE newsletter, bulletin, or other document (physically and electronically) detailing current curriculum offerings, learning objectives and upcoming events.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute an annual event to honor and recognize the volunteer staff to include Catechetical Sunday, and or an end of the year event using Chapel Tithes and Offering Funds (CTOF).
- In consultation with the Catholic Priest, develop and submit an annual calendar of events, an estimated appropriated funds (APF) budget, and an annual religious education curriculum timeline to the Delta Chaplain as determined by local instructions and procedures. Ensure that respective coordination occurs to include completing all appropriate facility and budget authorization forms prior to event or activity to prevent schedule conflicts. Any deliverables will be coordinated with the Chapel Staff overseeing the event or activity.
- Shall be a practicing Roman Catholic and present a letter of good standing from their local Catholic Priest.

Respiratory Fit Testing Technician

- Supports the Bioenvironmental Engineering Respiratory Protection Program (RPP) and occupational health compliance programs to comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and DoD Occupational Safety and Health (AFOSH) Standards.
